SIZING
We want
Suva fashion products to fit well, so we've created a size chart to
help you find the perfect fit. Please view our size chart on product
detail pages. All of our garments are fitted for a Missy (Size 8)
model; please keep that in mind when making your
selection.
CARE
INSTRUCTIONS
Each
Suva product comes with a care label. Please follow the label�s
instructions carefully in order to avoid damaging or shrinking the
garment. The vibrant color and photo image detail are permanently
fused into the smooth, stretchable poly/lycra microfiber fabric so
the image will not fade or lose its original color after countless
machine-washings.
FABRICS
Fabric
quality is very important for Suva fashion products. That�s why we
use high quality poly blend microfiber. Unlike cottons, microfiber
does not pill or loose its shape over time. The clean, sophisticated
styles are travel-friendly, wear well with jeans, dress pants,
skirts, under suit jackets or worn as active-wear. Our dresses are
worn for an evening out or over a bathing suit for a day at the
beach.
PHOTOGRAPHY
All the
photographs used in Suva fashion products were taken during our
travels throughout the world and are exclusively ours. Each Suva
garment has a hangtag describing where and when the photographs were
taken and a short factual story about it. If you have any
suggestions on what images you would like to see in the future
please email us your comments to info@suvawear.com
Please
note that due to different monitor settings on your computer the
image colors may slightly vary from the product you
receive.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Suva
offers so many prints and styles that it is impossible for us to
carry everything online. If we don't have what you are looking for,
you can use our Store Locator link to find a store that carries Suva
products in your area. Please keep in mind that availability and
price may vary between each store and online. You can also send us
an email and we'll do our best to find a substitute
product.
ORDERING AND SHIPPING:
ORDER METHOD
Right
now Suva offers online ordering only. If you like, you can visit
your local store to view their selections of Suva merchandise.
Please visit our Store Locator to find a boutique that carries our
products. Keep in mind that availability and price may vary between
each store and online.
ORDER PROCESS
You
will receive a confirmation email, which will include a Suva order
number and a UPS Tracking Number when the package is shipped.
Approved orders placed on weekdays before 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time
will ship within two business days. Once the order is placed it
cannot be cancelled. You can track your order at www.ups.com using
the tracking number in your email.
SHIPPING
METHOD
In
order to give you the best shipping rates, all packages are shipped
UPS Ground (5-10 business days). Our UPS shipping rates are based on
weight (rounded up to the nearest pound) and calculated by
destination. Shipping originates from New York, NY. We're sorry, but
we can't ship to international addresses at this time. We apologize
for any inconvenience this may cause.
RETURNS AND
EXCHANGES:
RETURNS
Because
we want you to be 100% satisfied, you can return your unworn
purchase(s) made at Suvawear.com within 10 days of the receipt of
goods with the original packaging. Please follow the instructions on
the Return Form included with your shipment. We recommend you use
UPS or FedEx, because you can trace those shipments. We cannot be
responsible for misdirected or lost shipments.
Upon
receipt of your return, a credit will be issued to the original
credit card used to purchase the items. The credit should appear on
your statement in the next 1-2 billing cycles.
EXCHANGES
If you
received a damaged item or need a different size please return your
unworn purchase(s) made at Suvawear.com within 10 days of the
receipt of goods with the original packaging. Please keep in mind
that a replacement item may not be available in which case we will
send you email notification and credit your account.
Please
note we cannot exchange your returned style to a different style,
you will have to return the merchandise for a credit and place a new
order.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY:
When you place an order on our Web site, we will use your
information to process your order. We will send you an e-mail to
confirm or update you on your order. In some cases we may need to
contact you by regular mail, e-mail or phone if we have any
additional questions regarding your order or payment.
When
you register on our Web site, we will use the information you
provided to us to send you e-mail from us regarding products,
services or other promotions that we think may be of interest to
you. This is optional when you register.
Suva uses the highest standards of ethical practices in
all of our processes and is committed to protecting the privacy of

rent your personal information to any company outside of Suva. We
are affiliated with ModaDome.com who assist us with store hosting
and order processing.

security measures, we will reimburse you for the $50 not covered by
